Green boards lovely and square, text fine with publishers sticker on title page over previously printed publishing house has cause a bit of glue ghosting on verso page. DJ in mylar is sunned along spine of frt cover and has a bit of very faint foxing. Widdecombe Fair is one of the best-loved English folk songs. It tells the sorry tale of what happened to Tom Pearce's grey mare when he lent it to Uncle Tom Cobleigh and his boisterous friends. Christine Price has made this whole escapade come to life with her lively and fanciful illustrations which are reproduced from her own linoleum cuts.
