Nice color illustrated endpps, remainder of 28 pp text fine save for negligible age toning at upper edge. Price present at head of frt flap, lower corner of same flap clipped. Dj has general foxing on panels but has kept book in near fine form and now is in new mylar. Not Exlib. Preceded by All Ready For Winter, this follows the rhythmic patterns of the other and comments closely and warmly on the coming of spring. Above ground there are the boys and girls waiting for the change; below ground in where the change begins. The buried toad feels a trickle of rain seeping down, the worm begins to turn, and as the warmth progresses, trees bud and new born lambs begin to frolic. Pictures in blue and yellow by Kathleen Elgin go with the many examples of how spring comes about.
