Exlib hardcover in dj. 210 pp text tight, tape stains on end pps. All pages and pocket present. Dj in new mylar has a corner clipped rear flap but displays very well. On a lonely stretch of summer beach, two boys want a derelict boat for himself. The black boy, Clay, finds it first. The white boy, Paul, also wants it and there are angry words. threatening gestures, and uneasy truce - until the two boys realize that they must work together to bring the sailboat back to life.
