Hunting Countries. 1st ED/HB/DJ NY Charles Scribner's Sons First Edition Hard Cover Good Very Good + Illustrated DJ is a professional reproduction that shows little loss at spine ends, displays well in new mylar. Red cloth binding with gilt title and huntsman landing over a hedge front board. Light soil, faint cup ring, spine cloth missing, tips rubbed w/boards showing. Inner hinges tender but not split, text tight and bright w/occasional finger soil on margins. One 3/4" closed tear on foot of contents page. All plates present. No date, circa 1935. 85 pgs with a myriad of b/w illustrations and 12 full page color plates with light foxing in margins but still suitable for framing.
